To get most involved in your local community, consider joining the WiserEarth group for your city as well. There are now portal groups for different cities. Join the group for your city: Seattle Portal, Portland Portal, Eugene Portal, Victoria Portal, Bellingham Portal, Olympia Portal, Sustainable West Seattle, Sustainable Vashon & Maury Islands, & other very local groups. Make use of the geographic search feature in the powerful WiserEarth Database to discover groups specific to your city or neighborhood.
