2nd Annual Organic Capital Event
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In our second year, Organic Capital is again a celebration of sustainability in Sacramento, highlighting the efforts of local activists and leaders who are working to ensure a healthier, more liveable community. Over 200 activists and leaders are expected to attend the event, which is a chance for leaders and activists to look back at successes over the past year.
The term capital signifies both importance of the seat of state government, as well as central role Sacramento is taking in the state in pushing for greater environmental stewardship by building a healthier community, especially one free of synthetic pesticides.
