Rights of the child are those basic human rights that apply to children such as the right to survive and to have basic needs met, the right to develop and to reach their fullest potential, the right to be protected from harm, exploitation, and abuse, and the right to participate.

Center for Children's Rights is a child rights research and action centre based in Kenya, working to enhance adherence to the rights of the child, as expressed in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. CCR vision is a world that respects and values each child, a world who listens to children and learns, and a world where Kenyan children have hope and opportunity.

Coalition Against Child Labour works to monitor and implement the Convention on the Rights of the Child nationally in Pakistan.
